Step 2: Complete an online Partnership Form and become a Partner with Rhema Zambia
Please ensure that you fill in all details and upload all the required documentation.
Once your Partnerships Form is received, you will receive an email for confirm.
Please send your proof of payment via email to: finance@rhemazambia.org Indicate your reference details in the subject. Subject: RE: Joseph Phiri Donation Fee
Remember to click submit when you are done filling out the form.
Your Partnerships Form is only considered complete once the form have been submitted and received.
