Application

The following steps will guide you through the application process.

Step 1: Make payment

Pay for the application form which is K150. Deadline for applications are on the 7th December 2020, payments made after the deadline are K200. To make payments, refer to the banking and mobile money details below:

Step 2: Fill out Application Form

Please select the year that you are applying for. If you are applying as a first year student click on FIRST YEAR. If you are applying for second year as a returning student click on SECOND YEAR.

  • Fill out all details thoroughly
  • Upload all the required documentation

Step 3: Personal Recommendation Form

This is a form that needs to be filled out by two people that have known you for over a year and are not related to you. They should submit the form directly to the school. This can be done through a direct link or through emailing the form.

To send a link of the recommendation form to be filled directly online, please follow the process below:

  • Right Click on this link: Online Personal Recommendation Form
  • Copy and paste the link on your preferred communication channel e.g WhatsApp, Email or Facebook Messenger
  • Once they click on the link they will be able to fill out and submit the form

To send a recommendation form, please follow the process below:

  • Click on the link: Download Personal Recommendation Form and send the form using your preferred communication channel
  • When the person recommending you fills out the form, they should send it via email as an attachment to applications@rhemazambia.org
  • The recommenders should indicate the type of form and your full name in the subject of the email. For example: SUBJECT RE: PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION FORM FOR JOSEPH PHIRI

Step 4: Pastoral Recommendation Form

This is a form that needs to be filled out by your local pastor. The pastor should submit the form directly to the school. This can be done through a direct link or through emailing the form.

To send a link of the recommendation form to be filled directly online, please follow the process below:

  • Right Click on this link: Online Pastoral Recommendation Form
  • Copy and paste the link on your preferred communication channel e.g WhatsApp, Email or Facebook Messenger
  • Once they click on the link they will be able to fill out and submit the form

To send a recommendation form, please follow the process below:

  • Click on the link: Download Pastoral Recommendation Forms and send the form using your preferred communication channel
  • When the person recommending you fills out the form, they should send it via email as an attachment to applications@rhemazambia.org
  • The recommenders should indicate the type of form and your full name in the subject of the email. For example: SUBJECT RE: PASTORAL RECOMMENDATION FORM FOR JOSEPH PHIRI

Your application is not complete without payment for the form. 

Please send your proof of payment via email to: info@rhemazambia.org. Indicate your reference details in the subject. Subject: RE: Joseph Phiri Application Fee

Remember to click submit when you are done filling out the form.

Your application is only considered complete once all the forms have been submitted. 

Please note that the deadline for submitting application forms is 7th December for both Local and International Students. Application forms bought after the deadline are K200.
