Additionally, share the link to the Personal Recommendation Form with two individuals who know you well (please do not choose relatives). They will complete the online forms Applicants must complete all sections and attach all necessary documentation. If your spouse wants to study at RBTCZ, he/she must complete his/her own APPLICATION FORM.

If RBTCZ is notified that any of this information is false, my application could be rejected, or if I am accepted into RBTCZ, it could be grounds for immediate exclusion from studies. I understand that the course of study at RBTCZ is a two-year program. In order for me to obtain a diploma, I must comply with the attendance and academic requirements for the entire years of study.” I will comply with the above stated RBTCZ policy. I understand that if RBTCZ finds that I have violated this policy, it could be grounds for exclusion from studies.
