Note: Please send the link to the Pastoral Recommendation Form to your pastor. Additionally, share the link to the Personal Recommendation Form with an individual who knows you well (please do not choose relatives). They should complete the online forms and submit.
Applicants must complete all sections and attach all necessary documentation. If your spouse wants to study at RBTCZ, he/she must complete his/her own APPLICATION FORM.

APPLICANT'S DECLARATION: "I have submitted all documents necessary for this application. I hereby state that all the information contained in this application is correct and true. I will inform RBTCZ of any interim changes. If RBTCZ is notified that any of this information is false, my application could be rejected, or if I am accepted into RBTCZ, it could be grounds for immediate exclusion from studies. I understand that the course of study at RBTCZ is a two-year program. In order for me to obtain a diploma, I must comply with the attendance and academic requirements for the entire years of study.” I will comply with the above stated RBTCZ policy. I understand that if RBTCZ finds that I have violated this policy, it could be grounds for exclusion from studies.
